While looking for a glaze for Easter 2011, I didn't find one that really caught my eye so on Easter morning I created this one. We really liked it. Hope you do, too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons coarse-ground mustard |
3/4 teaspoon chinese five spice powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Baste ham every 10 minutes during last hour of cooking. |
