Prep. time does not include marinating time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 cup white wine |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
4 (4 ounce) yellow-fin tuna steaks |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for tuna in a medium mixing bowl. 2. Place tuna in sauce mixture. 3. Marinate for 2-3 hours. 4. Grill tuna over medium coals for 10 minutes or until cooked throughout, turning once. |
