From my recipe notebook. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
6 1/2 ounces minced clams |
1 green onion, minced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon chili sauce |
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce |
assorted fresh vegetable (snow peas, broccoli, and celery) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix thoughly. 2. Chill at least 2 hours. 3. Serve with vegetables. |
