This dish shows up at most of my dinner parties and is great for a bbq. It doesn't last long and I'm always giving away the recipe. Ingredients:
1lb bag prepared coleslaw |
2pkg romain noodles oriental (uncooked) |
1 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted) opt |
1 cup veg oil |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 pkg from soup |
Directions:
1. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and packages from soup in small microwave safe bowl and heat slighty to dissolve sugar. 2. In a large bowl add slaw, crushed noodles and pour dressing over and mix well. set aside for about 10 minutes or more. before serving add sunflower seeds. |
