When you are in the mood for some oriental food Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings |
1 cup cornstarch |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 tablespoon soya sauce |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Rub garlic salt on wings. 2. Let stand 1/2 hour. 3. Put cornstarch in a plastic bag. 4. Add wings. 5. Shake to coat. 6. Dip in beaten eggs. 7. Cook in vegetable oil til golden. 8. Place in casserole. 9. Combine sauce ingredients, heat to boiling and pour over wings in casserole dish. 10. Bake 350F 40 mins. |
