The 4 hours that it takes for the chicken to marinate is included in the prep time. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons peanut oil |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Separate chicken wings at the joints. 2. Cut off wing tips. 3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 4. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours. 5. Drain chicken, reserving the marinade. 6. Place chicken in a baking dish. 7. Brush occasionally with marinade. 8. Bake on one side for 30 minutes and then turn the wings and bake another 30 minutes on the other side in a 350 degree oven. |
