This was originally an appetizer recipe, but I use larger pieces of chicken and have it for a main dish. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, sliced longwise into 1 strips |
1 med. egg |
1/2 c. soy sauce |
2 tbsp. garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. ginger powder |
1 sm onion, finely diced |
2 c. finely crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. In a small bowl, mix together egg till frothy, stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger powder. Set aside. 3. In a pie tin, mix together crushed corn flakes and diced onion. 4. Dip each wing in soy sauce mixture, then roll in corn flakes and onion. Place them in a foil lined glass baking dish 5. Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes, or until cooked. |
