Yummy on a cold day! Ingredients:
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
2 cups frozen vegetables |
1 cup cooked egg noodles |
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut up |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan,combine all liquid ingredients plus ginger and bring to a boil. 2. Add vegetables and noodles. 3. Reduce heat. 4. Add Chicken. 5. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is heated through. |
