Another quick and easy asian soup. Ingredients:
3 cups water |
3 ounces chicken-flavored ramen noodles |
2 cups cooked chicken, cut up |
2 stalks medium bok choy, cut into 1/4 inch slices (with leaves) |
1 medium carrot, sliced |
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional) |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat water to boiling in 3-1uart saucepan. 2. Break block of noodles. 3. Stir noodles, chicken, bok choy, and carrot into the water. 4. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. 5. Simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Stir in salt and sesame oil. |
