These kebabs are tasty, quick and also great for a barbeque. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
2 tablespoons oyster sauce |
2 teaspoons crushed garlic |
2 teaspoons grated ginger |
1 kg chicken fillet, cut into pieces |
1 pint small tomato |
1 red capsicum, cut into pieces |
1 onion, cut into wedges |
Directions:
1. Combine sauces, garlic and ginger. 2. Add chicken and toss until evenly coated. 3. Stand for at least 15 minutes. 4. Thread chicken and vegetables onto 12 bamboo skewers that haved been soaked in water. 5. Grill kebabs for 5- 10 mins, turning until cooked through. |
