Have made this recipe for 10-15 years. It is so easy to make and quite tasty. Ingredients:
4 -6 skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup light soy sauce |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon sherry wine |
Directions:
1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, pepper and sherry. 2. Pour mixture over chicken. 3. Marinate 4 hours or overnight. 4. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes. 5. Note: adjust the soy sauce amount to taste, as it can make the chicken taste salty. |
