Oriental Cauliflower Polonaise

An East meet West recipe that pleases both oriental and western palate.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 head white, 1/2 head green, 1/2 headpurple cauliflower (cut in smaller florets)
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tb fried shallots
1 tb extra virgin olive oil
2 tb soya sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
2 drops of chilly oil (optional)
Directions:
1. Hard-cook eggs; drain, peel, and chop and set aside. Boil cauliflower for about 10 mins until tender and drain. Place cauliflower on a serving platter. In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add bread crumbs, and cook, stirring until golden. Stir in chopped eggs, parsley, orange juice. Mix well and put them on top of the cauliflower. Add extra virgin olive oil, chilly oil and soya sauce, salt and black pepper and toss till well mixed. Can be served hot or cold.
