This ia GREAT salad. You can add cranberries or chow mein noodles. Or for those of us who are watching our calories, you can use less olive oil, or with out the Chicken. Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage, chopped |
6 green onion, chopped |
3 oz of dry ramen noodles |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
6 teaspoons of splenda |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup of vinegar |
1 dash of salt |
1 dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix cabbage, green onions, sunflower seeds, crushed ramen noodle, and anything else you added in large bowl and set aside 2. Dressing 3. Mix olive oil, vinegar, splend and packet from ramen noodles and pour over dry mixture and enjoy :) |
