Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package shredded cabbage |
2 scallions, chopped |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
1/3 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, scallions, and sesame seeds in a medium-size bowl. 2. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a cup. 3. Pour enough dressing over slaw to coat; refrigerate, covered, to blend flavors. Add more dressing, if needed. |
