I don't know why it's considered oriental, but it's still delish! Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (crush in package) |
1 head medium cabbage, chopped |
4 -5 green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup almonds, toasted and chopped |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt over cabbage and onion. 2. Just before serving, toss with almonds and broken noodles. 3. Add a simple vinegar and oil dressing, if desired. |
