Cook time depends on how well done you like it.I live veggies kind of crisp. Ingredients:
1 lb cabbage, coarsely chopped |
4 celery ribs, coarsley chopped |
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped |
1 large onion, cut in rings |
2 tablespoons oil |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Saute cabbage,celery,pepper and onion in oil over low heat for 10 minutes. 2. Add soy sauce and paprika. 3. Stir and serve. |
