This is delicious Baked or Barbequed and will leave your mouth watering for more.... Ingredients:
2lb rack pork back ribs, cut across bones in half |
1/4 cup hoisin sauce or chili sauce |
2 tbsp honey |
2 tbsp sake, dry white wine, or apple juice |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cut Pork Between Ribs into 1 1/2in Pieces. Mix ingredients and Spoon Over Pork. Cover and Marinate 2-24hrs 2. Heat Oven to 325 Degrees and line Broiler Pan with Foil or Fire Up the Grill Med. High Heat and Get A Aluminum Pan thats made for the Grill. 3. Remove Pork and Arrange Meaty Side Up In Single Layer. Pour Marinade Over Meat. 4. Cover and Bake or Grill until Done. (abt 1-2hr) |
