Cook time includes marinating time! Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Cook the asparagus in a small amount of water until crisp tender, about 4 minutes. 2. Drain well and place in a large bowl. 3. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus; toss to coat. 4. Cover and chill for 1 hour. 5. Drain before serving. |
