Moms recipe, asparagus with an oriental sauce. Good served warm or cold. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons seaseme oil |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, seaseme oil, garlic and ginger. 2. Cook asparagus until tender crisp.( microwave 3 minutes covered with 1/4 cup water ). 3. Rinse with cold water. 4. Pour sauce over while asparagus is still warm. 5. Serve warm or cold. |
