Delightful flavor, serve hot or cold. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh asparagus |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Cook asparagus until just tender, I microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. 2. Rinse with cold water briefly. 3. Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and seaseme oil. Pour over asparagus while still warm. 4. Sever hot or cold. |
