A great easy recipe to make for dessert. Ingredients:
1 package oreo cookies |
1 package 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese |
4 squares of semi-sweet chocolate melted |
2 squares of almond bark melted |
Directions:
1. Crush oreo cookies in a food processor or in a bag. 2. Mix together oreos and cream cheese. 3. Roll into 50 one inch balls. 4. Dip 25 into melted chocolate, then dip the other half into the almond bark. 5. Place on a wax paper, and chill for about one hour. 6. Uneaten truffles should be refrigerated. |
