For the crust use oreo's with a cheesecake topping. This looks and tastes great Ingredients:
10 -12oreos |
12 0z cream cheese, softened |
12 oz ricotta cheese |
1 cup granulated sugar |
3 large eggs |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Grease a muffin pan 2. Put oreos in a muffin pan. 3. Place the softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese and sugar in a food processor until smooth or beat with electric mixer. 4. Add eggs, 1 at a time. 5. Beat well after each addition. 6. Fold in the flour, sour cream, lemon juice and -zest. 7. Pour on top of oreos. 8. Fill another, bigger pan with water. 9. Put the muffin pan inside. 10. Bake for about an hour at 300 deg F (150 deg C) until the cheesecake is set in the middle. 11. Remove from water. 12. Let it cool down totally before removing from the muffin pan. |
