Oreo Kahlua No Bake Brownies |

Just love these brownies! What could be better than oreos and kahlua? LOL Keep these brownies chilled. Great with ice cream! Ingredients:
oreo layer |
1 (18-ounce) package oreo cookies |
1/2 cup pecans |
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted |
chocolate layer |
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
5 tablespoons kahlua |
white chocolate layer |
6 ounces white chocolate |
6 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
chocolate ganache |
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. OREO LAYER 2. Crush Oreos and pecans in blender until smooth. 3. Add melted butter. 4. Press into bottom of a 12-by-8-inch pan. 5. Freeze while you prepare the next layer. 6. CHOCOLATE LAYER: 7. In a double boiler (or in the microwave, in 30-second intervals), melt chocolate with cream, sugar and Kahlua. 8. Stir well. 9. Spread the mixture on the Oreo layer and freeze for 15 minutes. 10. WHITE CHOCOLATE LAYER: 11. In a double boiler (or in the microwave, in 30-second intervals), melt chocolate with cream and sugar 12. Stir well 13. Spread over chocolate latyer and freeze for 15 minutes 14. CHOCOLATE GANACHE: 15. In double boiler, melt chocolate in cream and butter. 16. Spread over the white chocolate layer and freeze for 15 minutes or chill in refrigerator until set. 17. Cut into 1-inch squares. 18. Store in the refrigerator until serving time, or freeze before transporting so the squares are slightly thawed but still cold at serving time. |
