12 oreo double stuf chocolate sandwich cookies divided |
1 ( 4 oz. serving size ) package of your favorite flavor gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened |
thawed frozen whipped topping, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Coarsely chop 8 cookies; set aside 2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in ice cream until melted 3. If necessary, refrigerate 5 min. or until slightly thickened. 4. Layer gelatin mixture & chopped cookies in 4 (8-oz) parfait glasses or 1 Qt. size glass bowl 5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. 6. Garnish with whipped topping and remaining 4 cookies. 7. Makes 4 servings. |
