My kids loved this when they were younger - always a hit. They still request it today Ingredients:
32 oreo cookies |
2 liters vanilla ice cream |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
Directions:
1. Crush entire bag of cookies - including filling - separate into 2 equal halves. 2. Line a spring form pan with one half of the crushed cookies to from crust. 3. Mix slightly thawed ice cream with cool whip and remaining half of crushed cookies. 4. Pour mixxture on top of crust,. 5. Freeze for several hours. 6. Store any remaining in the freeze. 7. Prep time does not include freezing time. |
