This is something I make for special occasions. My daughter requests it for her birthday cake! Very easy and tastes sensational. Ingredients:
40 oreo cookies |
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted |
500 g vanilla ice cream, softened |
Directions:
1. Grind cookies in processor. 2. Save half in a separate container in which to mix the ice cream. 3. Mix the butter through the other half. 4. Press the crumb mix into a glass serving dish. 5. Mix the remaining crumbs through the ice cream. 6. Spread ice cream over the base and freeze well. 7. Cover with plastic wrap in freezer. |
