OREO CREAM CHEESE DELIGHTS I host a large cookie exchange every Christmas and this is a recipe from the 2005 exchange. I always have everyone make an additional 3 dozen cookies for the exchange. One dozen from each participant goes to our wait staff at the restaurant we go to and two dozen goes to a local nursing home or hospice. Read more . This recipe was submitted by my friend Valerie. Ingredients:
1 bag oreo cookies |
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
12 ounces chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Crush cookies and combine with cream cheese.
2. Shape into balls and refrigerate at least one hour.
3. Melt chocolate chips then dip balls into melted chocolate.
