My family loves this. My son makes a pig of himself on this. Easy good and delicious Ingredients:
1 pkg oreo's crushed (reserve 1/2 cup for topping) |
1 stick margarine |
8 oz cream cheese (i use low fat) |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 8 oz containers cool whip |
1 large instant chocolate pudding |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. press oreos in 9 x 13 pan
2. pour 1 stick melted butter over and chill.
3. mix cream wheese with powdered sugar and 1 container cool whip.
4. pour over cooled mixture
5. mix chocolate pudding and milk according to directions on box.
6. pour over cheese mixture
7. top with last container of cool whip
8. sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
