Ice Cream Sundae Ingredients:
27 oreo cookies |
1/4 cup margarine |
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream |
1 can evaporated milk |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup margarine |
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
Directions:
1. Mix crushed oreos and melted margaine. Pat into bottom of 9 by 13 inch pan and freeze
2. Slice ice cream into layers and place on top of the cookie crust.
3. Boil milk, sugar, margarine and chocolate for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly. Cool. Pour over ice cream and freeze.
4. Spread 1 point (2 cups) whipped cream or cool whip over chocolate layer as frosting.
