Not very Swedish, I know. but oh so delicious. Ingredients:
36 oreo cookies |
60 g (1/2 stick) butter |
1 tsp instant coffee |
26 marshmallows |
1 1/2 dl (1/2 cup) milk |
3 dl (1 1/4 cup) cream |
2 tsp icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Coarsly chop 10 cookies, take remaining cookies and mix them in a mixer until only crumbs remain 2. Melt butter and mix with the cookie crumbs and instant coffee 3. Press the mix into a pie tin and put in the fridge to cool 4. Melt the marshmallows in milk on low heat, keep stirring until all the marshmallows have melted and let it cool 5. Whip the cream and mix into the marshmallowmilk with the chopped cookies 6. Pour the mix into the pie crust, even out the surface and place in fridge until the mix is set 7. Dust the cake with icing sugar and cocoa powder 8. Enjoy! |
