Oreo Chocolate Mousse Recipe |

A creamy mousse layered with crushed oreo cookies! Ingredients:
175 g oreo cookies (crushed) |
375 g caramelised condensed milk |
500 ml whipping cream |
3 tablespoons cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. 1) Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. 2. 2) Lightly beat caramelised condensed milk with a fork & stir in cocoa powder. 3. N.B.: If caramelised condensed milk is unavailable, regular condensed milk can be caramelised by boiling the tin in a saucepan of water for a few hours, taking care that there is always water in the saucepan or the tin will explode. 4. 3) Fold caramel mixture into cream. 5. 4) Sprinkle a generous layer of crushed biscuits onto the bottom of the serving dish. 6. 5) Spread a half the caramel-cream mixture over. 7. 6) Repeat and top with crushed biscuits. |
