Love Cheesecake...Love Oreos...Love the combo Ingredients:
1 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature, 8 oz.) |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 cup heavy whipping cream |
20 oreos |
Directions:
1. Spray ice cube trays or whatever mold you want to use with cooking spray
2. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
3. On low speed, slowly pour heavy cream and mix
4. Put bowl in freezer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, but pourable
5. Chop 10 Oreos
6. Put remaining Oreos in food processor and pulse until fine crumbs Put chopped Oreos in ice cube trays
7. Pour in cheesecake mix
8. Put Popsicle sticks into mix
9. Put in freezer for 3 to 4 hours
10. Unmold popsicles and roll in Oreo crumbs
11. *Serving size depends on how many one can eat*
