4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
8 tablespoon(s) evoo
1 tablespoon(s) fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Directions:

In a pestle and mortar pound the oregano with the salt until completely crushed.

Add the lemon juice and garlic. Pour the oil slowly into the mixture.

Add the pepper. Pour over pasta.
