6 chicken thighs or 4 chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 3. Bake, uncovered 375F for 45 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices. |
