Great with rice. Ingredients:
6 (6 ounce) pork chops |
11 ounces mandarin oranges, undrained |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 whole cloves |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, over high heat, quickly brown the chops on all sides. 2. Reduce heat to low. 3. Mix together all remaining ingredients and add them to the pork in the skillet. Cover and simmer gently until the chops are done; about 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness. |
