Oranges in Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients:
4 navel oranges
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, partially thawed
8 mint leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. Peel oranges, removing all of the white pith. Cut into thick slices.
2. Divide among 4 dessert plates, overlapping slightly.
3. In a blender or food processor, puree raspberries and their syrup. Measure out 4 tablespoons. Freeze remaining sauce for future use.
4. Pour 1 tablespoon of sauce over oranges in each dish. Garnish with mint.
