This is a wonderful treat for a diabetic. Not bad taste for regular people either!
Ingredients:
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
6 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
30 drops artificial sweetener
Directions:
1. Mix the yogurt with the concentrate.
2. Stir well.
3. Add artificial sweetener.
4. Pour into freezer trays and freeze.
5. Remove from trays and bag.
6. Store in freezer.
7. (Sometimes we use fruit flavored yogurt for a different taste).
