Ingredients:
2 oranges, zest and juice of |
1 lemon, juice only |
2 ounces sugar |
20 fluid ounces boiling water |
Directions:
1. Put the orange zest and sugar into a bowl and pour the boiling water over them. 2. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally, then add the strained juice of the oranges and lemon. 3. Keep refrigerated. |
