Who doesn't love oatmeal in the morning? Packed with fibre, whole grain oats are a tasty and nutritious way to start your day!! Another great recipe from Smuckers!! This can be tasty served with Oatmeal, Nut and Berry Breakfast Bars
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup orange juice
1 1/3 cups quick oats
1/3 cup smuckers pure wildberry jam
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Bring water and juice to a boil in a saucepan; stir in oats. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, remove from heat. Stir in jam. Let stand for 2 minutes, covered.
2. Divide oatmeal evenly into 4 bowls and serve with yogurt, if desired drizzle with jam and nuts.
