From the Bread Machine Book. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Wouldn't this make wonderful French Toast? Yum! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups orange juice |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour |
1 2/3 cups bread flour |
1/4 cup powdered milk |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
3/4 cup orange section, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the order according to manufacturer's instructions. (except the orange segments). 2. Add the orange segments during the add-in (fruits and nuts) cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished. |
