I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from The Everything Low Carb Cookbook. This goes great with grilled chicken salads or as a sauce to accompany a grilled chicken entree. Ingredients:
1 cup champagne vinegar |
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice |
2 teaspoons grated orange rind |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, zest, and a good pinch of salt and pepper in mixing bowl. 2. While whisking, slowly add in the olive oil at a drizzle. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. 4. The vinaigrette will keep for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator. 5. Whisk before use if separated. |
