This is an easy, cheap, and very tasty main dish recipe I found in an old Quick cooking magazine. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
6 pork chops |
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. 2. Top with oranges, cloves, and pepper. 3. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until meat juices run clear. |
