Sounds strange but if you like tofu you'll love this. Came from the healthy college cookbook Sometimes I use cranberry juice instead so this recipe is versitile. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon brown sugar |
1/4 lb tofu, sliced into stripes |
2 slices bread |
Directions:
1. Heat orange juice, cinnamon, and sugar until bubbly. 2. Add tofu and cook 3 minutes. 3. While tofu cooking toast bread. 4. Lay stripes of tofu on toast and drizzle with the juice. |
