3 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic |
2 teaspoons bottled ground fresh ginger (such as spice world) |
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish. 3. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with the sauce. |
