I am not sure where this recipe came from it was just on a hand written note in my cookbook. Cooking time varies for rib size and grill heat. Ingredients:
1 cup teriyaki sauce (your choice) |
4 -6 lbs pork spareribs (2 slabs) |
1/2 cup orange marmalade |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place ribs in large baking dish; pour teriyaki sauce over meat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3-4 hours, turning ribs occasionally. 2. Remove ribs 30 min prior to grilling. Prepare grill. Place ribs on grill. Combine 1/4 cup of reserved sauce with orange marmalade. Brush marmalade on ribs. Cover and cook till tender. |
