Orange Streusel-Topped Muffins |

Orange flavored muffins with a struesel topping! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon orange zest, grated |
2/3 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and grated orange peel. Stir in orange juice, melted butter, eggs and chopped nuts. 2. Pour into 12 muffin cups. 3. Blend 1 tablespoon melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle on top of each muffin. 4. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 20 - 25 minutes. |
