Great spread. I like to make this and eat it on bagels in the morning. Hope you enjoy as much as I do. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature |
2 tablespoons orange marmalade |
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel |
one pint strawberries rinsed hulled and chopped |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl with spoon beat together cream cheese, marmalade and orange peel until fluffy. Gently stir in strawberries then chill until ready to serve.
