2 cups fresh spinach |
1 tangerine, peeled and seeds removed |
1 ounce blueberries, cleaned |
1/2 cup imitation crabmeat |
2 tablespoons dry roasted salad almonds |
2 tablespoons hazelnut raspberry vinaigrette dressing (80 cal. per serving) |
Directions:
1. Wash spinach and lay out on plate. On top add artificial crabmeat, tangerine, blueberries, and almonds. Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette over all. Enjoy! |
