There's nothing quicker or healthier than this orange-spinach salad. Just toss all ingredients together and serve for a meatless supper or side dish. Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package torn fresh spinach (about 6 cups) |
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1/2 small) |
1/2 cup reduced-fat olive oil vinaigrette |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. |
