A stir fry of mushrooms, tomato, and carrots. Cooked with fresh orange juice and sprinkled with crushed red pepper and brown sugar. Ingredients:
6 1/2 ounces mushrooms |
1 red tomato |
1 orange |
1/2 carrot |
crushed red pepper |
granulated brown sugar |
butter |
Directions:
1. strain mushrooms. 2. slice tomato into small chunks. 3. slice carrot into small slices. 4. slice orange into fourths. 5. grease frying pan with butter. 6. add mushrooms, tomato chunks, and carrot slices into pan. 7. squeeze juice out of orange fourths into pan. 8. sprinkle with red pepper and brown sugar. 9. continue to fry for another 5 minutes. |
